Do I need to shell them? No — these are kernels, already dehulled.
What's the difference from your organic sunflower seeds? Same kernel, conventionally grown — which keeps the price down. For certified organic, see Organic Sunflower Seeds.
How should I store them? Cool, dark and dry; reseal after opening or move to an airtight jar — their delicate oils keep best sealed.
