Shipping policy

We keep delivery clear and simple. You can see which products include free UK delivery, and the exact cost of anything else is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden delivery charges.

How delivery works

Lean & Healthy works with a range of trusted UK partner suppliers who hold the stock and post your order directly to you. This keeps prices low and means delivery is arranged per supplier rather than from a single warehouse.

Delivery costs

• Products that include free UK delivery show a green "Free UK shipping" badge.
• For all other products, the exact delivery cost is calculated at checkout, where you will see it before you pay.
• Many of our suppliers offer free UK delivery once you spend over a set amount with that supplier, so a larger order from the same supplier often ships free.

Most everyday items cost around £3 to £5 to deliver if you are under a supplier's free-delivery threshold. A small number of large or heavy items, for example bulky gym equipment, cost more to send. You will always see the delivery cost at checkout before you pay.

Orders from more than one supplier

Because each supplier posts its own items, an order that includes products from two or more suppliers will arrive as separate parcels, possibly on different days, and each supplier's delivery is charged separately. Your basket tells you when this is the case. If you prefer a single delivery charge, a good tip is to keep your basket to one supplier at a time. You will always see the full breakdown at checkout before paying.

Delivery times

Most UK deliveries arrive within a few working days of dispatch. Exact timescales vary by supplier and product, and the delivery options for your address are shown at checkout. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking your order

You will get an order confirmation by email as soon as you order, then a dispatch email as each parcel is sent, with tracking where the supplier provides it. If your order contains items from more than one supplier, expect a dispatch email for each parcel.

We focus on delivery within the United Kingdom. The delivery options available for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

Changed your mind, or something is not right? See our Refund Policy for full details. We handle the whole returns process with the supplier on your behalf, so you only ever deal with us.
