Medjoul dates – large, soft and caramel-sweet, the premium eating date at an everyday price, in packs from 250g to 3kg.

Medjoul (Medjool) is the biggest and softest of the common date varieties, with a sticky, toffee-like sweetness. This natural (non-organic) line contains one ingredient – Medjoul dates – and provides 7.9g of fibre and 65.14g of naturally occurring sugars per 100g, with no added sugar. Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

FAQ

Is there an organic version? Yes – our Organic Dried Medjoul Dates are the same large, soft variety grown organically.

Medjoul or Deglet Nour – which should I buy? Medjoul is larger, softer and sweeter, best eaten as it is. Organic Deglet Nour Dates Pitted are firmer and less sweet – the better everyday choice for chopping and cooking.

How should I store them? In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, resealed or in an airtight container once opened.
