Made using only organic British butter from happy grass fed cows. Ghee is prepared in small batches, removing the lactose and casein to make your tummy feel happy. From pancakes to potatoes, salmon to sauces, ghee is a delicious alternative to industrially produced cooking oils. Ghee has a very high smoke point, so won't burn like butter.
