Muscle and Joint Epsom Salt Bath Soak - Tube, 250g or 1kg

Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with lemongrass, mint, black pepper and eucalyptus essential oils. A warm soak after exercise, gardening or a long day on your feet, traditionally used to help ease tired muscles.

How to use: Add 250g to a warm bath, swirl to dissolve and soak for around 20 minutes. Rinse afterwards if you like.
