Organic self raising flour, ideal for deliciously light homemade cakes, this fine white flour is milled from soft and hard wheat grains, with added raising agents for perfectly risen sponges and cakes.

This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Ingredients: Organic wheat (calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate).

Milled in the UK with EU & Non-EU wheat.

Allergens: Contains gluten. May contain traces of barley, rye.
